Production Process
Quality Test Equipment
1. Test the trolley base and wire of trolley basket.
2. Test the durability of the wheels.
3. Fastness test for wheels. ( Load 30kgs on trolley, then have the trolley run 6 times on the equipment, no damager allowed.)
4. Test weld strength of trolley base. ( Potency dimension on direction D1.D2.D. for 5 minutes, deformation should less than 5mm.)
5. Test weld strength of trolley basket.
Different wire diameter tested by different strength.
` A 100mm diameter iron ball fall down 2.5m height upon the trolley basket, more than 40mm deformation is not allowed.
` Diameter less than 4.0mm, test by strength 40Nm.
` Diameter 4.0-8.0mm, test by strength 50Nm.
` Diameter 8.0-9.0mm, test by strength 115Nm.
6. Test thickness of surface treatment.
Thickness of zinc should be: 7.5um-12.5um.
Thickness of powder coated should around: 75um.
7. Salt Spray Test (outsource): After salt spray test, no rust is allowed.
8. Durable test for trolley plastic parts (outsource).
* Put in - 40C for 24 hours, then put in normal temperature for 30 minutes, deformation or damage is not allowed.
* Put in 60C for 2 hours, deformation or damage is not allowed.
